Before updating your user or group, you need to know the following:

  • You cannot update users and groups that are integrated from your Active Directory, this needs to be done at source on your Active Directory.

How to edit a User's information?

  1. Login to Phish Insight.

  2. Go to Users Management and click Users.
     
  3. Click the ellipsis across from the user you want to update and click Edit.
  4. Fill out the User information you want to update and click Save.

How to edit a User's groups?

  1. Log in to Phish Insight.

  2. Go to Users Management and click Users.

  3. Click the ellipsis across from the user you want to update and click Manage Groups.

  4. Add or remove group as you like then click the Save button. 

How to edit a Group's name?

  1. Log in to Phish Insight.

  2. Click User Management and click Groups.

  3. Click the ellipsis across from the group you want to update and click Rename
  4. Fill out the new Group name and click Save.

How to edit a Group's members?

  1. Log in to Phish Insight.

  2. Click User Management and click Groups.
  3. Click the ellipsis across from the group you want to update members and click Add members
  4. Add or remove users as you like then click Save button.
