Training module enhancement

You can now easily preview or add a module to a program. Go to Courses > Training modules.

Fixed page redirection issues to ensure a smooth transition between our classic version and our new version of Phish Insight
Fixed data validation when creating an account
Hid training filters when there are no available modules to reduce unnecessary filter options
Fixed a page load issue when filtering training modules
Fixed an issue with the training link on training invitation preview
Enhanced server performance to allow more users access training page simultaneously
